Who We Are
We are a community of faith that seeks to grow in our love of God, serve our neighbors, be a community of inclusion & welcome, transforming the world through Jesus’ love.
Worship
Our faith community worships together each Sunday at 10:00am. Our service is centered on the pattern of Word and Table. Worship includes music, prayer, scripture readings, preaching and community time (coffee & snacks), sometimes followed by a service project together.
Our Beliefs
Sumner UMC is a welcoming Christian community that seeks to love God and neighbors, by offering hospitality, congregational care and community to all. We embrace individuals and families of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, races, and economic backgrounds.
We seek to provide a spiritual home for our congregation and engage in service and ministry to Sumner, Bonney Lake and surrounding communities.

We are a Reconciling Congregation
